There are several psychological diagnoses that involve anxiety. However, the most common symptoms include:

  2. Unstoppable worries
  3. Irritability
  4. Concentration issues
  5. Sleep difficulties

It is normal to feel like this one day, under especially difficult circumstances. Causes are not easy to point at because they might come all at once or one by one in a long period of time. Many people normalize situations in their life that can be the cause of anxiety but they do not report such a situation because they do not see the link. There are genetic, environmental and medical causes that need to be checked so as to have a good diagnose.

How to deal with anxiety?

It will mostly depend on the severity of each case. Treatment usually includes a combination of behavioral and psychological therapy and in some severe cases medication, all of this under the strict supervision of a doctor.
